COVID-19: small groups with a 1.5 meters distance

Due to the Coronavirus, fewer students are temporarily placed in a group. Each seat has a minimum distance of 1.5 meters to a different seat. In this way we ensure the safety of our students and teachers. An advantage for you as a student is that you will be taught in small groups! Curious about what else Lest Best does to protect your safety? Read our COVID-19 page.

What do you learn in the A2-B1 Dutch course?

Course information: Dutch A2-B1

In this course you will finish your A2 level and start with language level B1. You will learn to make a call, describe, be able to express a complaint, give advice, ask a polite question and express a wish or unreality. You practice with the grammar: "there", "being ...", word order: inversion and clauses, indirect sentences and the use of "would".

During this course we work with the following course materials: the book Nederlands in Gang and the book Nederlands in Actie (including e-learning), the Van Dale Dutch dictionary, the YouTube channel of Lest Best (grammar videos), Quizlet and the Lest Best study guide A2-B1.

During this course you will take various tests and assignments: grammar, speaking, pronunciation and intonation and vocabulary. After completing the course you will receive a certificate with your results. We also look at your motivation and effort during the course. If these are sufficient, you can continue with the follow-up course: Dutch B1.1.
