How do you ask someone for directions? And how would you explain your symptoms to your doctor?
Did you just start taking our A1 course? Or have you been thinking about learning your first Dutch sentences?
Just like developing your reading and listening skills is an important part of our B1.1 course, our Dutch B1.2 course continues on improving those skills. When taking this course, you’ll regularly read online articles and listen to podcasts of your choice. You’ll even be introduced to Dutch literature by reading a Dutch novel.
If you’ve read any of our previous blog posts, you probably know that our main goal is to make you familiar with our courses. The same goes for this post, in which we’ll give you a glimpse of our B2.1 course material.
When do you use the tiny Dutch words er and te? And how would you compare living in the Netherlands with being in your home country? Welcome to our B1.1 course! Let us give you a sneak peek of what you’ll learn during these classes.
We’re not going to lie. Our Dutch A2-B1 course is probably the most difficult one you’ll take at Lest Best. But unsurprisingly, we have a good reason for that. After all, by making your way through the challenging taalhandelingen (= ‘speech acts’) of this course, your Dutch language knowledge will take a big leap forward! You’ll be ready to take on level B without any worries.
Lest Best is coming to Rotterdam! From September on, you’ll be able to take classes in our new school in the city’s center.
Did you know you can follow all of our courses online? That could be handy when you’re planning on moving to the Netherlands and already want a head start with learning Dutch.
