Dutch Course C1.2: C1.1 to C1.2
In the C1.2 course, you continue practising Dutch at an advanced level. You will work on giving presentations, taking part in discussions, and writing summaries.
In the C1 courses (C1.1 and C1.2), you will further develop your skills in giving presentations, holding discussions, and speaking about complex (academic) topics. You will expand your vocabulary and review words and phrases that help structure texts. You will practise summarising texts, both in writing and speaking. Pronunciation will also be addressed, and grammar will be practised throughout.
Course materials: We use Nederlands naar Perfectie (book and website). Additionally, you will use the custom Lest Best Study Guide.
During the lessons, you’ll take part in fun and varied group tasks based on what you studied at home. There is plenty of time for individual questions, and your teacher will offer personal guidance.
Assessment and certificate:
You will complete assignments and tests in speaking, listening, writing, grammar, and vocabulary. At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate with your results. With a positive recommendation, you can progress to the C2.1 course.

Entry Requirements
This course is for people who want to communicate effectively in Dutch at work and in social situations. The course is not aimed at the integration or state exams. You will learn the basics of Dutch to manage everyday situations in the workplace and in social life.

Due to the pace and nature of our courses, experience in learning a foreign language is required upon enrolment. In most cases, this means English, but it could also be another foreign language such as Spanish.
