Dutch for Medical Purposes B2+

Course Content
In this course, you will improve your language skills to B2+ level: reading and writing, listening, and speaking. You will work on building vocabulary in the medical and dental field. You will learn how to conduct effective doctor-patient conversations (using role-playing). You will also read articles on medical/dental topics and develop your writing skills by writing your own texts on medical/dental topics. You will listen to medical presentations and lectures, have group discussions with your instructor and colleagues, and write medical reports. Videos and podcasts will help you expand your vocabulary and develop your listening and speaking skills. Two practice exams will prepare you well for the listening, reading, writing, and speaking section exams.

Possibility: taking only the exam 
It is, in principle, possible to take the exams at Lest Best without first completing the course. No intake is required for this. Total price for this is € 395 including a certificate.

⚠️ Please note: We strongly advise against this. Our exams are based on the material and exercises from the nine lessons of the course. Candidates who have not practiced medical communication skills, listening tasks, or writing assignments run a significant risk of failing.
